Who we are
Minthra (the "Service") is a non-commercial software project operated by a natural person resident in Spain (the "Operator"): Ezequiel Migueles, contact contact@minthra.app. Minthra is not a registered company. No commercial activity, payments, subscriptions, advertising, or monetization takes place through the Service. It exists as a hobby project for the miniature painting community. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What Minthra is
Minthra is a mobile application (Flutter) and small web presence that lets registered users track a personal paint shelf, manage projects (including photos), and save paint-mixing recipes. The Service is offered free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data under the law of the country where you live. In the EU/EEA, this is generally 16 years old (or the lower age set by your member state under GDPR Art. 8, with parental consent below that). In Spain, this age is 14. You can sign up with email and password, or via Google, Apple, or Discord. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of any content you upload. By uploading Your Content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, host, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you. You confirm that Your Content does not infringe anyone else's rights and is not illegal under EU or Spanish law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually-explicit-involving-minors content; attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service outside responsible disclosure; scrape or bulk-extract other users' data; use automated agents that place unreasonable load; impersonate any person; or circumvent any security mechanism. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Suspension and termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate the Service entirely, at any time, with or without notice; close accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security/legal risk; or refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. You can delete your account at any time. Deletion follows: 30-day grace period (cancellable), anonymization, 90-day legal hold, then purge.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or preservation of your data. Please keep your own backups.
Limitation of liability
Given that the Service is provided free of charge and without commercial purpose, the Operator's liability is limited to the minimum permitted by Spanish and EU law. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Third-party services
To run the Service, the Operator relies on: AWS S3 (EU region) for media storage; Hostinger (EU) for transactional email; and self-operated Kubernetes infrastructure (no third-party hosting provider). See the Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual property
The Minthra name, logo, design, source code, and documentation are owned by the Operator and/or contributors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended personal purpose.
Third-party trademarks
Brand names, product names, and trademarks referenced in Minthra (such as Citadel®, Games Workshop®, Vallejo®, The Army Painter®, and others) are the property of their respective owners. Minthra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of these brands. Their mention serves only to identify products that users own and reference in their own paint collections, projects, and recipes (nominative fair use).
Changes
Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU/EEA (Regulation (EU) 1215/2012).
