Intellectual property
The Minthra name, logo, source code, designs, texts, graphics, and documentation are protected by Spanish, EU, and international IP law. Personal, non-commercial use only under the licence in the Terms. User-generated content remains the property of its authors.
Third-party trademarks
Brand names, product names, and trademarks referenced in Minthra (such as Citadel®, Games Workshop®, Vallejo®, The Army Painter®, and others) are the property of their respective owners. Minthra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of these brands.
Liability
Service is offered in good faith, free of charge, best-effort. The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors, or security against all attacks. The Operator is not responsible for user content beyond the obligations under Articles 13–17 LSSI-CE on actual knowledge of unlawful content. Not responsible for third-party linked websites.
Notice and takedown
For infringement claims: send notice to contact@minthra.app with your identification, identification of the content (URL or in-app location), the right infringed, and a good-faith accuracy declaration. The Operator will act per Articles 16 and 17 LSSI-CE upon actual knowledge.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law. Disputes submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
